This has a bright color so you can see the results clearly. It covers rust, seals old rust in and prevents future rusting. This seals leaks and gets the multitude of pin holes you cannot find. We sell this in a 1 quart can. Each one quart can seals one 12 gallon tank. If your tank is 24 gallons you will need two quarts. Please note this product cannot be sold in California.
